Sadness, Silence and Sunday

Sadness, Silence and Sunday

Luke 23:33 “When they came to the place called The Skull, there they crucified Him.”
by Hillsong, At the Cross

Matthew 27:51 “And behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth shook and the rocks were split.”

Luke 23:44-45 “It was now about the sixth hour, and darkness fell over the whole land until the ninth hour, because the sun was obscured, and the veil of the temple was torn in two.

Sometimes what looks like the end is only the beginning.

The darkest moments are just before the dawn.  The cross was the darkest of moments for Jesus’ followers.  The brightest day was three days away!  As Christians, we must remember our brightest day will be when Jesus breaks through the heavens and gathers His children home to forever with Him.
