Tales of County Girl’s Special Night

Mrs. Tricia Cook Faithlady to those who know and love her!

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. II Corinthians 5:17

On Monday night, April 23rd, our very own Country Girl, Tricia Cook, experienced a very special evening as the second volume of SecondStories launched in downtown Birmingham, AL at Wheelhouse Salon. This lovely book features the stories of some sixty individuals whose lives have been impacted by the Lord and how He has proven Himself faithful through life’s most devastating and challenging circumstances. “And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.” Revelation 21:5

Part of Tricia’s story is included and she was able to meet some of the other contributors, share experiences of how they came to be included in Volume II, and what this inclusion in the book has meant to each of them. Autographs were exchanged and new friendships ignited. The venue radiated with smiles from their source of light – Christ.

SecondStories making new friends

We congratulate Tricia! Also, we want to extend our very best to the producer, Dawn Hall Curtis, and the editor, Crystal Tucker, of SecondStories . Their “yes” has allowed God to birth an amazing ministry that provides a platform for sharing testimonies of God’s faithfulness and amazing grace. WELL DONE!!
